200 ml · first cleanse

Melts off the sunscreen a foam cleanser leaves sitting on your face. Emulsifies properly and rinses clean, without that squeaky, stripped feeling that makes people skip oil cleansing entirely.

150 ml · second cleanse

Sits at pH 5.5, close to skin's own surface. Mostly mild amino-acid surfactants with a small soap component, so it's a hybrid rather than a purist soap-free formula — which is why it still foams but doesn't leave skin tight.

250 ml · hydrating toner

My honest take: it didn't fix my redness overnight — nothing does. What it did do was sit calmly on reactive skin on days when other toners stung. That's the realistic bar for a soothing toner.

70 pads · exfoliating toner pad

Pores don't shrink. Nothing closes them — the size is structural. What exfoliating pads do is keep them clearer, so they catch less shadow and read smaller. Two or three nights a week, not daily.

100 ml · essence

96.3% snail secretion filtrate. Goes on after toner, before serums. It's tacky for the first minute and then sinks in — that texture is the single most common reason people give up on it too early.

30 ml · tone serum

Niacinamide and tranexamic acid are both well studied for uneven tone. My honest take after several weeks on one stubborn spot: it's a weeks-not-days product, and it only holds if you wear sunscreen alongside it.

30 ml · eye area

Retinal in a formula built for thinner skin. Start two nights a week and build up — going nightly from day one is how people end up with flaking eyelids and blame the product.

24 patches · 3 sizes · spot care

Hydrocolloid. Flattens a spot that's already popped or draining overnight, and stops you picking at it — which is half the job. Not for deep cysts or blackheads; there's nothing for it to draw out.

100 ml · moisturiser

The 92 cream, not the 96 essence — the number is the snail filtrate percentage and they sit at different steps. This one goes last, sealing the essence and serums under it. Good for dry skin that feels tight by evening.

50 ml · SPF50+ PA++++

Korean UV filters, which is why it feels like a light moisturiser instead of a sunscreen and leaves no white cast. The catch is below — those same filters are the reason it isn't sold in the US.
